Huisregels van Xanthe Studio

1. Aanbetalingen & Tegoed / Deposits & Credits / Depósitos y Créditos

  • NL: Aanbetalingen worden niet gerestitueerd. Bij annulering of wijziging tot 24 uur voor de afspraak, blijft je aanbetaling éénmalig geldig als tegoed voor een volgende behandeling.
  • EN: Deposits are non-refundable. If you reschedule/cancell at least 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be saved as a one-time credit for your next visit.
  • ES: Los depósitos no son reembolsables. Si cambias/cancellas tu cita con al menos 24 horas de antelación, tu depósito se guardará como crédito para tu próxima visita (válido una vez).


2. Annuleringen / Cancellations / Cancelaciones

  • NL: Bij annulering binnen 24 uur voor de afspraak of bij een no-show vervalt de aanbetaling volledig.
  • EN: Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in the loss of the deposit.
  • ES: Cancelaciones dentro de las 24 horas o no presentarse resultarán en la pérdida del depósito.


3. Te laat komen / Late Arrival / Llegada Tarde

  • NL: We hanteren een marge van 15 minuten. Na 15 minuten kan de afspraak worden afgekort of geannuleerd. Mocht het volgende tijdslot nog vrij zijn, dan kunnen we de behandeling alsnog volledig uitvoeren, maar worden er wel extra kosten in rekening gebracht.
  • EN: 15-minute grace period. After this, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled. If the next slot is free, we may still complete the treatment, but additional costs will apply.
  • ES: Disponemos de un margen de 15 minutos. Después de ese tiempo, la cita puede ser acortada o cancelada. Si el siguiente turno está libre, podremos realizar el tratamiento completo, pero se aplicarán costes adicionales.


4. Gasten / Guests / Invitados

  • NL: Xanthe Studio is een plek voor ontspanning. Ik ontvang je bij voorkeur alleen. Als je toch iemand wilt meenemen, stuur me dan van tevoren even een berichtje om te overleggen.
  • EN: Xanthe Studio is a place for relaxation. I prefer clients to come alone. If you wish to bring someone, please message me in advance to discuss.
  • ES: Xanthe Studio es un lugar de relax. Prefiero recibirte a solas. Si quieres venir acompañada, por favor envíame un mensaje antes para consultarlo.


5. Garantie & Reparaties / Warranty & Repairs / Garantía y Reparaciones

  • NL: Wij bieden 7 dagen garantie op de behandeling (m.u.v. onjuist gebruik). We repareren maximaal 4 nagelsonder garantie.
  • EN: We offer a 7-day warranty on our work (excluding misuse). We repair a maximum of 4 nails under warranty.
  • ES: Ofrecemos una garantía de 7 días (excepto por mal uso). Reparamos un máximo de 4 uñas bajo garantía.


6. Opvullen / Refill / Relleno

  • NL: Een nabehandeling (opvullen) is alleen mogelijk bij een set die maximaal 4 weken oud is. Als de set ouder is dan 4 weken, wordt de prijs van een nieuwe set berekend.
  • EN: Refills are only possible for sets up to 4 weeks old. If the set is older than 4 weeks, the price of a new set will be charged.
  • ES: El relleno solo es posible para sets de un máximo de 4 semanas. Si el set tiene más de 4 semanas, se cobrará el precio de un set nuevo.


7. Medische Nagels / Medical Nails / Salud de las Uñas (Médico)

  • NL: Bij medische nagelaandoeningen of infecties kan ik de behandeling niet uitvoeren. Wordt dit niet van tevoren gemeld, dan moet ik de afspraak annuleren en wordt de aanbetaling niet gerestitueerd. Bij twijfel: stuur me eerst een berichtje met een foto.
  • EN: I cannot perform treatments on medical nail conditions or infections. If not disclosed in advance, the appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded. If in doubt: please send me a message with a photo first.
  • ES: No puedo realizar tratamientos en uñas con afecciones médicas o infecciones. Si esto no se informa con antelación, tendré que cancelar la cita y el depósito no será reembolsado. En caso de duda, envíame primero un mensaje con una foto.
